General Managers are responsible for the overall operation of the theatre including but not limited to: guest services, facilities maintenance, payroll management, keeping expenses within established budget, marketing the theatre to increase business, staff development, recruiting, concession product quality, inventory control, sales and maintaining UltraStar’s standard for excellent film presentation. Duties may also include assistant manager, castmember, and or projection responsibilities as determined by business needs.
This position also requires the ability to handle numerous other responsibilities.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years previous Management experience. Theater or restaurant industry is strongly preferred, but not required.

- Experience and knowledge in food and beverage services and products.
- Understanding of food preparation and quality control.
- Must be a certified Food Manager.
- 3 years management experience.
- Computer skills should include Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Understanding of Inventory and loss control.
- Past Theater and Restaurant experience a plus.
